Practicing our Promise
Gold Medal

Practicing our Promise winnerEach quarter, Cook Children's Physician Network presents gold, silver and bronze Practicing Our Promise awards to the primary and specialty clinics with the highest scores, based upon elements of our patient satisfaction survey results.

The criteria determining the gold, silver and bronze medalists are rooted in feedback from our families and the impression the staff makes on them and their children. This may include the staff’s responsiveness, time spent with the patients, friendliness of clinic staff, follow up and listening to parents and the child.

President of Cook Children's Physician Network Britt Nelson, M.D., says, "This recognition demonstrates the profound difference that these clinics and staff are making in lives of our patient families. Since this award is based solely on parent feedback, it shows how deeply our families appreciate the Cook Children's clinics that care for their children."
