Dr. Tran-Lee is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and has been in general practice in Denton since 2009 before joining the Cook Children's Physician Network in North Denton in 2013. She takes care of children from birth to age 18. Pediatrics is her specialty of choice because she wants to provide care for children as she helps guide parents through their growth and development. She has an interest in nutrition.

Dr. Tran-Lee was born in Malaysia after her parents had left Vietnam and immigrated to the United States just before age one. She was raised in Poughkeepsie, a town in upstate New York and moved to Texas in 2006 for residency training. She obtained her bachelor of science in nutrition at Case Western Reserve University and completed a dietetic internship at Yale New Haven Hospital prior to entering medical school at University at Buffalo. She completed her pediatric residency at Children's Medical Center Dallas in 2009. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

In her time away from the office, Dr. Tran-Lee enjoys spending time with her husband, son and dogs, playing volleyball and cooking, especially baking.
