Service Area
Cook Children’s Home Health serves patients in a 70-mile radius of our downtown Fort Worth offices. Medical equipment, pharmaceuticals and supplies can be shipped to locations around Texas and often to surrounding states. Please call with questions if you have a patient outside our clinical service area.
