Cook Children’s concierge services department can help patient families save time and money with laundry service, travel agency services, transportation arrangements, discount amusement park and movie tickets, and much more.
Located on the first floor of Cook Children’s Medical Center adjacent to the information desk, we're here to make your stay at Cook Children's more comfortable, and less stressful. Benefits of using concierge services include time, cost savings and convenience. In most cases, Cook Children’s concierge/travel services can offer discounted prices through our large network of vendors.
Travel
Cook Children’s concierge/travel services is staffed with experienced and knowledgeable travel agents. We can assist you in coordinating travel, lodging, and transportation and planning your vacation dreams. Our services include:
- Airline tickets, lodging and car rentals

- Vacation packages to all destinations
Family entertainment
If you are looking for a special place to share wonderful memories with your friends and family, we offer the following discounted tickets:

Dry cleaning pick-up/delivery
Dry cleaning services are available 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We can ensure a 48-hour turnaround time if dry cleaning items are turned in by 10 a.m.
Gift certificates
Cook Children’s concierge/travel services offers gift certificates for our services (excluding travel).* These are great gifts for birthdays, secret pals, graduations, employee recognition, or “just because.”
