Pathology, radiology and lab billing
Pathology, radiology and laboratory services are provided by independent contractors and will be billed to you separately by the contractor. Cook Children’s Pediatric Surgery Center will give your insurance information to the provider. Please call the customer service number on your insurance card. They will be able to determine network status and benefits. Our list of contractors includes:
