Requesting an appointment
To make an appointment, please call 682-885-4405. Our receptionists can help you schedule an appointment with one of the orthopedic spine specialists at any of our three office locations, main campus, Hurst and Southwest Fort Worth.
Preparing for an appointment
All new patients should make every effort to bring copies of previously taken radiographs, MRI or CT scans. These images will be reviewed by the physician and possibly compared to new radiographs taken in the office during the visit.
In addition, patients should bring any existing bracing they have, especially if they feel it needs adjusting or replacing. This gives the physician a better understanding of the child’s needs. Bracing could include, ankle foot orthosis (AFOs), knee immobilizers, ankle supports, special shoes or inserts, wrist braces, slings and prosthetic devices.
