Links of Hope Support Group

Hands stacked

Having a child with a mental health diagnosis is challenging and often times connecting with others in similar situations is one of the best forms of therapy.

Links of Hope is a group of families and caregivers of children who have a wide variety of diagnoses including attention deficit disorder (ADD or ADHD), depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or obsessive compulsive disorder. This group is led by a licensed professional counselor dedicated to identifying services and providing resource information and educational opportunities.

Groups meet on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 5 p.m. in Pavilion Classroom 6, located at the basement level of Cook Children's Medical Center. These group sessions are completely free of charge.

A light dinner is served for those to RSVP. Child care is currently not available.
