I wish I could remember their names! [...] was the lady at the front desk and she was very kind. We actually were not scheduled for an appt but had just been at the urologist where my child had elevated BP. We stopped by the nephrologist office on our way out just hoping to get it rechecked. The nurses were very responsive and Dr. Razzouk was so kind to work us in and come see our son herself. They truly care about the patients well being and treated us with such grace and respect. Thank you for everything you guys do. You truly treat the patient, not just a statistic or a room number. You make a difference! And you calm a parents anxiety :)

Dr. Razzouk and her staff are PHENOMENAL! They always make myself, and our boys feel so welcome! It's not often a physician will physically get on the floor to a child's level, or play with them, or ask them about school, or ask them lots of questions to just take the time to get to know them. We are so happy with the physician, staff, ultrasound department, lab, etc. We gladly make the 4 hour drive one way to get the care that you offer.

No bad experience - from front desk, to nurse, to check out. This office should be a model for other Cook Children's facilities to learn from.

Dr. Razzouk is just phenomenal. She sets the bar high for speaking directly with the patient, which translates to them taking personal responsibility for their care. We specifically discussed returning to public school from homeschooling at this appointment, and she weighed in and provided reassurance for the transition. We look forward to our visits with her, since we are scheduled to see her annually.
