Our experience with our last pediatrician's office was not so great, since becoming a patient at this office I have experienced nothing but great service from all staff. The front desk operations are always welcoming and nice, the nurses and doctor very tentative and listen to all of my concerns. Dr. Terrell gives great advice and I appreciate her patience when meeting with us. I feel she pays attention and genuinely takes her time to bond with patient during the visit.

The MA / nurse we had was wonderful. Very personable and engaging. She answered all my questions. I think her name was [...]. Dr. A. Terrell is AMAZING! We have been going to her for years and I couldn't ask for a better, more knowledgeable, friendly, personable provider for my kids. Whenever I need ANYTHING for my children, I can call her office and get an response immediately. I appreciate all that she has done for our family.

Dr. Terrell was great!! She always takes time to explain our child's development as well as making sure to fully address any questions we have. Our nurse was also very patient wand caring when giving our daughter her vaccines

Dr. Terrell was so good with my daughter and navigating some very sensitive subjects. If Dr. Terrell wasn't so caring, thorough, and approachable, my daughter may not have opened up about some things that were really important to know and now we can help her with those things. I think Dr. Terrell should be recognized for this because I think it would have been easy to brush past or not know to hone in where it made sense

Dr. Terrell is AMAZING! She took her time and had a very detailed conversation with us and our child. It was the end of the day and it was a long appointment but she never once made us feel rushed or like she didn't have time to listen to our concerns. Our visit was like a family therapy session because she asked questions and listened to us and our child, gave her opinion and cleared up some of our concerns. I appreciate her staying to talk with us well after office hours when she could have cut us off and rescheduled us if we wanted to talk longer.

The nurses call me back in a prompt manner and were able to assist me with an earlier appointment. This was very helpful as we were able to get (patient) medicine to help her get well 1-2 days sooner. Really appreciate the responsiveness of the staff and office even during the holiday season. The front desk staff were very courteous and communicative with my 4-year old.
