We love Dr. Terk and his team. They all are very professional and kids oriented. Both my boys enjoy chatting with Dr. Terk and they trust him completely.I appreciate how easy is to discuss things with Dr. Terk. He always provided solutions to issues we had. Very helpful in recommending specialists. I highly appreciate his efficiency in checking and answering via messaging portal. Thankful for pediatric provider so helpful and honest. Focused on individual kids/family not number or money income.

They answered my initial questions through the patient portal extremely quickly; they got him in for an appointment quickly and Dr. Terk was so patient and thorough explaining my son's condition and what we can possibly expect from it. Have always been so very pleased with this office and with Cook Children's.

Dr. Terk and his team are like a well oiled machine. The process is run so efficiently yet tailored with attention to individual patient needs. We never feel rushed, or unheard. I wish every doctor ran their practice like Dr. Terk, his nurse and staff do. Dr. Terk goes above and beyond with his patients and has the best bedside manner.

We saw Dr. Jason Terk for a rash our son was experiencing. Our son's primary pediatrician did not have any openings that day. Dr. Terk went above and beyond to help our son (2 year old) feel more comfortable despite never meeting him before this appointment. He played peek a boo behind the door, sang songs, even made him laugh. We are grateful for doctors like this who make unexpected visits a little more comfortable for us as parents and more importantly our children! Thanks Dr. Terk!

We are so lucky to be by this location. Every interaction is great. There is a low turnover rate which make me think that the working environment is just as great as they project to their patients. We have been going to this location for years and recommend them to everyone.
