All of the staff were welcoming and attentive from the receptionist to the nurse taking our sons' vitals to the doctor and anyone in between. Thank you for making our first visit a really good one!

Dr. Pena is sooo nice, kind, caring and attentive. This was our first visit since we've recently moved from [...], and she was welcoming and caring about our sons' situations and tried to provide care to the best of her ability having no previous records. We felt like we were truly heard and not rushed out of there. Thank you Dr. Pena!

Dr. Pena is PHENOMENAL! She's the best pediatrician we've ever had especially through my son's medical emergency. She went above and beyond for my child and my family even when it was after office hours. Her staff were efficient and on top of everything she ordered for my son. They genuinely care unlike the many offices/providers we had in the past.

Our experiences over several visits have been remarkable. The Doctors, nurses, and staff at the Trophy Club location are attentive, caring, and professional. My son who Is 5 years old always enjoys his visits every time he's been there.

This was our first visit to Cooks Children's after moving here from out of state and trying to establish a Pediatrician. Dr. Pena was incredibly attentive and made my daughter very comfortable. She even commented about how much she liked her after we left the office. Thank you!

Dr. Pena and her nurse are AMAZING! My daughter had her 4 yr shots which she knew were coming and the nurse was OUTSTANDING! She was super quick that even I was impressed! I am so happy I found Dr.Pena and her amazing team. The ease of scheduling appts is also easy on the portal and updating all my information is a breeze! Thank you all for being wonderful from the front office to the back office.
