Me and my wife love the staff. The twin Boys are comfortable with their pediatrician Mrs. Han. We have no problem going or make an appointment when is needed or emergency they always fit us in and we love going there so 10 out of 10 it's a 10.

Dr. Han has been my pediatrician for about 18 years, if I am not mistaken, and she is one of the most phenomenal doctors I have ever worked with. She is warm, exceedingly knowledgeable about medicine, and thorough in her conversations and examinations with patients. I always feel like she cares about my well-being and knows how to support it. The entire office staff-nurses, front desk, phone line-are incredibly friendly and helpful. Both before and after the Cook Children's acquisition, I have had exceptionally good experiences with Windhaven Pediatrics.

Our daughter came in for one issue, but if Dr. Han hadn't been thorough and had her do a urine test, we wouldn't have known she had an infection. It wasn't something that we never even thought about but Dr. Han is very capable and professional and covers all the bases and therefore she was able to get treated for the infection as well as the issue we came in for.

We absolutely love the Dr. Lily and the Staff at Windhaven. The Staff and Nurses are always so polite and helpful, and my daughter looks forward to seeing Dr. Lily. She asks to see the Doctor even for paper cuts :).

Dr. Han is absolutely amazing. She has been my daughter's doctor since birth. For 21 years. She has been more than a doctor to my daughter. My daughter always felt comfortable with taking to her. Our daughter respects Dr. Han and her nurses. They have been a Godsend throughout the years. We appreciate Dr. Han and trust her 100% with our child care for the past 21 years. We are so sad that she has grown out of her practice. We are so thankful for the years that we were so blessed to have her as our daughter pediatrician. She is simply the best. We always had a peace of mind with Dr. Han's diagnosis. Thanks again Dr. Han and your awesome nurses and staff.
