Yes Dr.Leffall was absolutely AMAZING. She answered every question. Reassured me as a mother and made both of my children extremely comfortable. I would also like to recognize the nurse (phlebotomist) who drew my daughter's blood. She was so kind and super quick. My 7 year old was amazed and exited to get her lollipop and stick afterwards.

We were quite apprehensive about the visit, having had the same pediatric team for my children for the last 14.5 years. Dr.Leffall and the team made children feel VERY welcome, and Dr.Leffall's attentiveness was very reassuring. I am beyond grateful for the care and consideration our family has received!!

My child's regular PCP was not available on this date and so this was my first experience with Dr. Leffall and her care was outstanding! My son was having some breathing difficulties and she immediately initiated a nebulizer treatment and kept a close eye on his progression. She explained her plan of care for my son thoroughly and answered my questions with great care and concern. We have been going to the Cook Mansfield PCP clinic for quite some time and Dr Leffall is a tremendous asset to this location! Her nurse was also very caring! Thank you for a great experience and living up to the Cook mission!

Mary was very attentive to our child. She was excited and Mary made it fun and comfortable for her. Dr Leffall was simply amazing! I was nervous about seeing a new pediatrician and didn't think anyone could compare to her previous. BUT Dr Leffall made us comfortable, great bedside manner, answered all of our questions. It felt like she had been our pediatrician for years even though this was the first visit. So thankful to find Dr Leffall!
