Growing up, I was surrounded by the joy and energy of children at my parents' daycare, where I spent countless hours of my childhood. This upbringing instilled in me the value of community and family, while also igniting a passion for helping others. As I grew older, this passion evolved into a clear desire to make a positive impact on children's lives, ultimately leading me to pursue a career in pediatrics.
I am proud to call DFW my home, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to complete my undergraduate degree at Dallas Baptist University, medical school at Texas A&M College of Medicine and pediatric residency at McLane Children's. Each of these places provided incredible experiences and training that prepared me for the rewarding career I have today.
As a pediatric physician, I have a special interest in newborn care and am passionate about giving back to my community. Being a mother of two myself, there is nothing more fulfilling than helping a new family navigate the journey of parenthood and watching their little ones grow and thrive.
When I'm not working, you can find me spending time with my husband Dustin, our children, and our dog. I enjoy taking walks with my family, getting lost in a good book, exploring new places through travel and being part of our church community.
I feel grateful to be living my dream and making a difference in the lives of children and families. I am committed to providing compassionate and exceptional care to children as I would my own, and look forward to continuing to serve my community for years to come.
