Dr. Lussier is the best pediatrician we have ever had. He's easy to talk to and u sweat and. He covers all bases when it comes to testing and confirming diagnoses. He's also very responsive if I message in the app. He makes myself and my daughters feel very comfortable to be there.

Dr. Lussier was kind and friendly. He helped my child feel at ease about the check up she was worried about. He listened to my concerns & offered suggestions. My daughter wouldn't stop doing the exercises he had her do to check things. She thought that was so fun.

Dr. Lussier is such a wonderful doctor! He engages kids, has a warm personality, and does a phenomenal job explaining things to parents and kids using visual (greatly appreciated)! He did not rush the visit and thoroughly answered all my questions about my child's illness and treatment.

We were establishing new care with Dr.Lussier on the day of our visit. It was our first time meeting him and he was wonderful. He chatted with us so comfortably, but very professional. He made sure all of our questions are answered and not leaving our kids out of the conversations. I'm so glad we chose Dr. Lussier as our primary pediatrician.

He also addressed concerns that he thought I may be experiencing but did not question. I am very confident of the care my newborn baby will be receiving from him. My son was previously seen by the excellent and brilliant Dr. Mann since his birth. We surely miss him. It's wonderful that you all have provided another great doctor. His care now under Dr. Lussier was seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable about my son's health. He even took the time to listen to my son's career desires. Dr. Lussier also shared some great information about the career discussed. We had an awesome visit. Dr Mann was wonderful and Dr. Matthew was just as wonderful. He took his time with our child. Explained things on her level and related real life scenarios to what she was experiencing. Wow! Such a pleasant experience all around, but especially to be able to speak with our child's doctor and feel listened to and cared for. He put us at ease over our concerns and he was also very clear about how to move forward and what to expect at future visits. I left the visit feeling educated and equipped to handle the concerns I had wanted to get addressed. Dr. Lussier communicated very clearly and succinctly. I got the impression immediately that he is an experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy doctor and I feel confident about returning to this clinic.

We had to go in to possibly increase the dosage for ADHD medication and Dr Lussier took his time to really talk to my child about how he felt and what he thought. I'm a nurse of 26 years and can I just say he has the best bedside manner I have ever seen. Cook is lucky to have him

Dr. Lussier was great; thorough in checking to see what was causing my child's fever and explained things well. We were thankful he was able to see us since it was the last available appointment and Dr.Daniels was full. Also, the wait times that day were the shortest we've ever had! Dr. Lussier was very friendly, easy to address and considerate of both (patient's) perspective and myself his mother. He took his time listening and addressing all our concerns and questions. My son said "I really liked our new doctor." That is saying a lot when kids have to talk about embarrassing things and get checked out when they do not love going to the medical offices.

This was the first time we had an appointment with Dr. Lussier, since our son's physicians moved/retired. My son was really comfortable with the Dr, PA, and or NP. My husband said the appointment was very thorough and went very well.

Dr Lussier. My kids were Dr Mann babies so the thought of replacing him was difficult. But Dr Lussier made (patient) feel so comfortable. He spoke to him. He had a conversation with him about his health and the care plan we would take to combat the infection in his ear. He spoke to him at his level and (patient) was so different when he was included. As parents we take for granted that kids are scared, doubtful, and have questions. We speak at adult levels and kids are left out. Dr Lussier changed that. (Patient) is very articulate and he felt seen, and he felt important. I know it's not something for every child. But I appreciate Dr. Lussier recognizing that in him. It made our visit and experience so different.
