Her choice was made, and she has never looked back!<br><br> Born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Dr. Lehane left Texas only briefly to attend college at the University of California in Los Angeles. She then returned to Texas for medical school. It was while in medical school, working as a student at Cook Children's Medical Center, that Dr. Lehane discovered her love for pediatrics.<br><br> After graduating from the University of North Texas Health Science Center – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, she completed her pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of San Antonio, where she was elected Vice Chief Resident in her final year. Upon completion of her residency, she returned to Cook Children's.<br><br> As a Cook Children's pediatrician, Dr. Lehane enjoys taking care of babies, children and teens of all ages.
