Dr. Jackson is a great doctor. We have been with her since our child was a baby, unfortunately we had moved and switched doctors. But we have moved back and came back to her. She Is an amazing doctor. She was never one of those that like to medicate children with unnecessary medication. I like that she doesn't force people and patients with the vaccination. She explains it and if it's not necessary she will let you know. Sometimes we as parent freak out when something is wrong with out child and want the best. But she calms you down and says it's something simple, no worries and let you know what you can do, and what medication can help. And if we would like for her to call in some medication to help. These are the type of doctors we need more of in this world.

ALWAYS a great visit. Absolutely love Dr. Jackson's energy and she doesn't speak to my child as a patient with a case number but as if she was speaking to her own child. With genuine care and lots of humor. Makes us both feel very comfortable!! AWESOME !!

The office was able to get us quickly when I called with concerns about my son's cough and breathing issues. When he has an unexpected illness come up, I can always get in to see a doctor, which I greatly appreciate.

We love Dr. Jackson. She always takes time with my kids. She listens to them and to me. She explains every thing well, always makes us feel comfortable, welcome, and heard. She makes sure we understand the plan when we leave and asks if we have any questions.

Everyone at the office, from the time I make the appointment, check in, and go back with the nurse is kind, patient, and helpful. We love Cook Childrens. I love how they talk to my daughter and not through me. They will ask me questions if needed, but are helping my daughter to talk to health care professionals and feel important. This is where her first impressions of doctors is coming from. I feel fortunate for her to have these positive experiences!
