Dr. Reines is not our normal care provider but he had an opening when I had to pick my daughter up from school due to ear pain. He was gentle, warm, funny, educational, and engaging for both me and my daughter.

Dr. Raine, has been my 3 daughters. My oldest is 43. He still my grandson and my adopted daughter doctor. He listens to my concerns and point me in the right direction. If he doesn't say it's so, then it's not. He's truly an Amazing doctor. The nurse Megan and Lori as well is Awesome.

Dr. Raine is amazing, he has a way of explaining the patients care so both the adult and child understand and most importantly he makes his patients feel at ease when there's anxiety.

Primary doctor is Dr. Masters but he was out the day I went in for my newborn and Dr. Raine helped and as always was amazing! He helped with my issues and always had a smile and always had me at ease.

Dr. Raines-he was very thorough in his examination, listened to our concerns, explained the diagnosis in easy to understand terms and was very patient and caring.

I have only praise for the CookChildrens staff. They were able to get me in for a sick-child visit the same day. We were led back to our room with 5 minutes of arriving and were seen by the nursing staff and doctor promptly. The total length of our visit from start to finish was 35 minutes-which matters a lot when you have a sick child. The staff and physician were caring, compassionate and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

We have loved having our kids see Dr. Raine for their entire lives (since 2010). He's the best doctor we've ever seen and my husband and I wish he saw adult patients so we could go to him too! We are sad to see him go but wish him all the best in his well deserved retirement.

The nurse assistant was very kind and courteous she explained to my son everything before she allowed him to signed anything. She is the best!!! The registration ladies were very kind and courteous!!! We just love Dr. Raine he has been my son doctor since he was little and we are going to miss him now that my son is 18, best doctor in the metroplex!!!
