We are so grateful to the front desk staff who let us wait outside the front door instead of in the lobby since our sick toddler did not want to wear the mask. Dr. Paruolo is always so efficient, patient, and kind with our child at each visit. Although we have moved further away, we will continue to come to him for anything our child needs. We just can't trust his care to anyone else!

Dr. Paruolo always has a wonderful bedside manner and does a great job of encouraging both parents and children! He was my pediatrician as a child and we liked him so much that we have been driving about an hour to take our son to see him.

This Cook Children's office and staff are the best health care staff and services I've ever experienced in my whole life. It's been a blessing to have top notch pediatric care for my children as they grow. I'm so thankful for Dr. Paruolo and all the staff there. You couldn't ask for better service anywhere.

I can't remember the nurse's name that spoke with us before the doctor but she was so kind, encouraging and great with my daughter. She was helpful with instructions on helping my daughter get the flu shot successfully during the visit. And as always Dr. Paruolo was fantastic as usual. Even if it's a year since visiting him he remembers us on a personal level. My children actually look forward to going to the Dr because of the excellent care Dr. Paruolo provides.

We just love Dr. Bill Paruolo. He and all members of his practice go above and beyond to help my children. I trust him and his recommendations. My children and I feel 'heard' every time we have seen him and know that he really cares about his patients. The nurses also are so fast on getting back to us with any follow-up questions or needs. Heck, if I could be a patient of Dr. Bill Paruolo, I would! It will be sad when my children eventually age out.
