Dr Lacy was truly amazing took time to talk and explain headaches and I'm [...] grandmother for I see from his care to the child he was truly a caring about his patient I think the best pedi physician her mom or I have taken her to !

Dr Lacy was fantastic. He spent almost a full hour with us asking questions, actively listening, going through all potential causes for my daughter's headaches. He addressed both of us but primarily focused on her and her concerns and explained everything from possible treatment to further tests thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand without treating her like a little kid. I am incredibly incredibly impressed!

We had no bad experience at all! The nurse (I'm terrible with names) was great, front desk staff were great, we were taken back a few minutes before our scheduled time and saw Dr Lacy promptly at 1pm. I worried when the appointment was initially scheduled for July 2026 and we missed waiting list chances a few times before getting this appt that it would be rushed and issues wouldn't be fully addressed, but those worries were immediately erased! Great job from ALL!

It went well and I feel like we are in a hopeful track. Still a lot of questions in how this will resolve, but hope is hope and it's better than not seeing a path.

Dr Lacy. My daughter and I had reservations after the first visit as his methods are a bit different than anyone we have seen, but the second visit showed he will be a good partner in her treatment going forward. How you leave a visit is important. When you leave feeling defeated, it's not great. Leaving with hope is where it has to be at. We experienced that yesterday (visit date). So I am optimistic.
