All of the nurses and Dr. Mercer are always wonderful. Going to the doctor with a child who has special needs can be very difficult. Dr. Mercer and his Staff always make things as easy as possible while giving the best care!

Dr Mercer was great. We had the same procedure done last year with our other son also through Cooks. Although that experience was not a bad one this one was great. He took time to talk, explain, ask questions, and we never felt like he was in a rush.

The entire staff at Forest Park is always friendly, quick to respond, and always takes the time to interact and say hello to my daughter. There are little extra things that go a long way. I have always been very happy with this office, especially Dr. Mercer and Rachael. There is always a high level of care.

I'd like to commend Dr. Mercer, for his services to my baby. He's such a caring and great Doctor. Very knowledgeable and approachable. We would choose him over and over again for the care of our baby.And there was this attending Nurse during our visit which her name has escaped me but she was extremely loving and caring to us.
