The check in staff, when I called bc I had run out of gas 15 min before my appointment they were so understanding, reassured me, said the same has happened to them, offered a later time and even rescheduled me for the next day.

Dr. Devona Martin is a gem!!! She truly has a special way with kids. She makes the visits so easy for my daughter. It's a conversation and she takes the time to really get to know us. We all felt so good after leaving my daughters appt. It's hard to impress a 15 year old, but she left and said "she is a really good Dr.". Way to go Dr. Martin!!!

The nurses in this office are stellar. We've never had a bad experience. In the same visit my son was just getting some vaccines. He was so nervous and anxious but the nurse was so understanding and provided the right tools (buzzy and cold spray) to make him feel more comfortable and calm. He was so proud of himself after leaving the office and I was too! I know if we did not have such a good nurse and the tools to make him feel better about it this couldn't have been a successful appt. Thank you!!

Dr. Martin is so caring. You can tell she sees her job as not just a job but a calling, and I truly have cried after leaving her office because of how she eases my nerves as a worried mother. I'm a nurse myself, but tend to question vaccines, medications and processes. I just want to give my kids the very best care that they deserve But with Dr. Martin, I trust she has our best interest at heart and love getting to see her. She always respects my decisions, but makes sure I know my options and am well informed. Thank you, Dr. Martin. We love you!!!Katie is sweet, playful and gets the job done thoroughly. She enjoys what she does and we love seeing her at almost every very visit!

Dr. Martin & Nurse Caitee are ALWAYS so kind and attentive. We look forward to well visits with them! Our visits don't feel rushed, Dr. Martin listens and provides informative answers, Nurse Caitee is patient with our little guy while she gets his measurements and administers shots.

Doctor Martin is so wonderful. As first time parents she's put us at ease of any concerns or questions we had about our child. Shes never made us feel like we were taking too much of her time. The first appt we were in there with her for 45 or more and she was so kind and patient with us. She's so good with our child. She is confident and careful with the way she handles him. We look forward to every visit with her! I've recommended her to other moms in springtown! I couldn't have found anyone more perfect for a pediatrician!

We just love Dr. Martin so much. I'm not the typical anxious mom I'm worse. I have extreme OCD that makes question everything. I've never dealt with a doctor that has so much patience & kindness. She is just so intelligent & knows not only the answers to my questions, but can explain the science to back it up. She is very reassuring & eases all of our fears. Both my kiddos adore her!
