As an expert in the field of pediatric clinical lipidology, Dr. Wilson has been invited to give numerous oral presentations and written editorial comments for leading peer-reviewed lipid/lipoprotein and CVD related journals. He participated as a co-author for the National Lipid Association's (NLA) Recommendations for Patient-Centered Management of Dyslipidemia, Parts I and II, and recently shared the NLA's Lipoprotein (a) Scientific Statement Committee.
On a personal note, Dr. Wilson enjoys spending time with his wife, Andrea, their children and their families, including four grandchildren. Dr. Wilson .My daughter and I have met with him twice and he really was just a light in our day, we couldn't wait to see him the 2nd time. It was a pleasure meeting with him both times. He left a lasting impression on us, he was caring detailed and knowledgeable. My 14 year old daughter commented on how she loves his quick wit and sense humor it brought a smile to both of our faces. His personability is truly special and it is obvious that it is infectious meeting with the other staff members, it shows that there is something truly special there. It shows that when employees are taken care of and appreciated there Is a trickle down effect to collegues patients and back around to said business. Thank you to Dr. Wilson and thank you to Cooks Children

We love Dr. Wilson. He always takes the time to answer all of my son's questions. He is on the spectrum and social interactions can be "weird" at times, but Dr. Wilson rolls with it always. Both medical professionals who assisted him were also fabulous. I believe the one who did his vitals [...] And nurse [...] was great too. Love the new clinic space.
