Dr. Pinto’s philosophy of care is family-centered, ensuring that both your child and your family are comfortable. He works closely with each patient and family in determining the treatment plan. He is most proud of the fact that he has often been entrusted to take care of several generations within the same family.<br /><br /> Dr. Pinto has been practicing pediatric urology at Cook Children’s for more than 20 years. He has also served as the Chief of Surgery at Cook Children’s. He is certified by the American Board of Urology and has a Certificate of Added Qualification in pediatric urology. A fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Pinto is also a member of the Society for Pediatric Urology as well as the American Urological Association. He is also a recognized presenter at scientific meetings nationally and internationally.
