I have never had a bad visit at this facility. Everything is made easy by the staff members and they never treat any question as a dumb question. I even ran into my sister and niece in the wating room my last visit!

The nurse that helped us was fantastic. My son was very nervous about getting a flu vaccine - they usually are not available yet when he goes in for his yearly well check up, so I had not prepared him that he would be getting a shot. The nurse was so kind, helpful, and quick. She was phenomenal! Dr. Ozaeta has been amazing since we first saw him with our son as a newborn (now 8!). He has always been a good listener and very kind. As a newborn we were waiting on test results for jaundice and he called us late in the evening just to let us know he still didn't have the results. As anxious first time parents, this meant a lot to us. We drive 25 minutes to still see Dr. Ozaeta because of the care, concern, and kindness he showed us over 8 years ago (and continues to show us!).
