It's very important to me that I never feel like she's rushing through his appointment. I always feel like my concerns are heard and addressed. I never feel like I ask a stupid question even if in the back of my mind I'm wondering if I should even ask the question. If I ask a question that is better answered by another specialist, Dr. Luke will let me know that my question may be better answered and/or addressed by another department, she is honest about it and sends a referral. I never feel pacified or talked down to and at the same time, I feel like Dr. Luke explains things on a level that I can understand. She is very good at including me in decisions and not just telling me "this is what I'm going to do". I'm always at ease with the plan of care because she explains in details what the plan is and she answers my questions about it as well as calms my fears about the plan if I have any.
