Dr Charette is simply amazing! I feel so blessed we found her and were able to secure her as our pediatrician when my kids were babies. She never, ever treats parents like they are overreacting or shames us in any way plus she treats my KIDS with great respect, which is huge in my book. She always seems completely unflappable, always calm, cool, and collected.

We are grateful for the whole staff! Felicia, Yolonda, Gracie, Ms Vicky, Esmeralda- but Dr. Charette is the absolute best and the reason we continue to drive downtown, even since we moved to the west side of Fort Worth! The way she listens and considers our concerns have built our trust in her judgement, so that when she firmly believes an action needs to be taken, we trust her. Very thankful for her!

The use of online messaging to request appointments is absolutely amazing. As a mom to a toddler they often times spike fevers or get sick outside of normal business hours and having the online portal to request appointments and the staff being responsive makes it so much easier and gives me peace mind regarding my child's healthcare and providers.
