Dr. Dao was incredible and made my husband and I feel so at ease as first time parents ! We felt so confident we were in a good place and doing the right things for our newborn leaving the office. Also [...] was incredible ! She gave great information and care for our newborn and she also made us feel so comfortable. The care provided was wonderful. Between [...] and Dr. Dao the positivity was off the charts and we left the appt feeling so good about our choice of Cooks Children's for our child's pediatrician.

Dr Dao and his team always nice, approachable and answers my messages on time on portal. He listens to us whenever we address our concerns regarding on our autistic child. One of the reasons we dont change provider on our daughter even if it is an hour drive. We are so greatful to Dr. Dao!

I have always appreciated Candy at the front desk, she is always empathetic and kind. Whenever I call I always hope she answers. She is great.Dr. Dao is amazing, his bedside manor is excellent and I feel that he cares about me and my family and that we are a team when it comes to my children's health care. I cannot say enough good things about him. I am so glad we found him him and both of my boys like him.
