Cook Children's EpicCARElink provider portal delivers secure, convenient access to your referred and admitted patient information when and where you need it. Access is simple to set up, there's no software or hardware to install or maintain, so you can concentrate your time on caring for your patients, whether they're in your office or at Cook Children's.

There are three ways to sign up for a an EpicCARElink account:

1. Signup online. Please note, for security purposes, it could take up to two weeks for your account to be activated.

2. Contact your physician liaison.

3. Email us at epiccarelink@cookchildrens.org.

With automatic messages about important events, you can have the latest information about your patient's treatment. We'll notify you when you can log in to view:

Lab, imaging and test results
Hospital admissions
Discharge summaries
PACS images and scanned files
Consultation notes
Orders placed by our physicians
and so much more

EpicCARElink is a completely free and confidential service that you can access from any device. There's no software or hardware to buy, install or maintain.

One of the best things about EpicCARElink is that you can access it anywhere - and anytime! You can access it online from your computer, laptop, or mobile device. All you need is your login information.

EpicCARElink has many features that greatly improve the provider/patient experience. These include:

Accessing summaries from all of your patient's visits
Viewing test results
Direct communication with your patient's care team
See a list of patient medications, treatments and therapies

Your patient's privacy is our priority. Access to health information is kept private and secure through activation codes, individual usernames and passwords, and permissions parameters. All EpicCARElink messaging is done while you are securely logged into the website.

This information comes directly from your patient's medical records.

There is also a “Forgot Password/Account Reset” link on the EpicCARElink sign-in page to reset your password online. You can also contact your physician liaison for assistance.
