Cook Children's pediatrician offices are offering video visits to help provide the quality pediatric care you expect from Cook Children's. These visits can be done from home on a phone, tablet or computer with a webcam. In preparation for a visit:

Connect to Cook Children's urgent care team without leaving the comfort of your home. Cook Children's patients with a MyChart account now can video chat with one of our medical experts for non-urgent medical conditions without visiting the doctor's office.

Cook Children's patients with a MyChart account now can access our Specialty Video Visit service to have a remote visit with their current Cook Children's specialist.
There are three ways to sign up for a MyChart account:
MyChart is a completely free and confidential service that you can access from any device.
All you need is internet access and an updated internet browser to access your secure account.

One of the best things about MyChart is that you can access it anywhere! You can access it online or download the free app in the Google or Apple Play Store.
MyChart has many features that greatly improve the patient experience. These include:
Your privacy is our priority. Access to health information is kept private and secure through activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords. All MyChart messaging is done while you are securely logged into the website.
This information comes directly from your medical record at your doctor's office. Contact your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next appointment.
Contact our MyChart Patient Support Line at 682-303-4367 to request a new password. There is also a “Forgot Password/Account Reset” link on the sign-in page to reset your password online if that is preferred.
To keep MyChart secure, your activation code expires after 30 days and is no longer valid after the first use. If you are still having problems, call our MyChart Patient Support Line at 682-303-4367.
You can update your home address, e-mail, password, etc. by logging into MyChart and from the left menu, go to the preferences section and select the appropriate option.
Depending on your level of access, MyChart billing gives you the ability to view current open accounts, previous statement information and previous payments, as well as make payments.
Once logged into your MyChart account, you can view billing details by clicking the Billing tab which is visible from the Welcome page. Then select “Billing Acct Summary” to access your information.
If you have the appropriate level of MyChart access, you can pay your bill online and receive a confirmation number sent directly to your MyChart messaging center.
If you have appropriate access, you can pay your bill on MyChart by logging in and going to your statement. You can find this by:
