This course is an introduction to performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation on adults, children, and infants. Relief of choking and use of an AED are also covered. This is a non-certification course. HeartCode is a two-part program that blends self-directed, comprehensive e-learning via the internet with a hands-on skills check off. All HeartCode programs consist of two phases:

A student must be able to successfully perform all course requirements (skills tests and written exams) to receive a course completion card.
