Your Visit

Before you even leave home your visit will already be easier. Before your visit, our preregistration team may reach out to you via phone or your MyCookChildren's patient portal to update your account. Completing this step can speed up your registration at arrival.

Does your child have multiple appointments during your visit? Our central registration team can provide text reminders for each appointment. You may also receive a journey card with your appointment schedule and step-by-step directions to each location. A map on the back shows the entire building and locations of all our services and amenities

Parking and Registration

Parking

Once you've parked in the P1 garage, take the covered walkway across Pruitt Street to the Dodson building. Just inside, our guest relations specialists wait to welcome you and point you in the right direction. They can also loan you a wheelchair or stroller for your infant carrier.

Next, head to central registration, where we make sure your information is accurate and up to date.

Registration

Registration your way! To make registration as smooth as possible, we offer two options:

Self-service kiosks: Using the kiosks is a quick way to check-in for your appointment. If you have any questions, our greeters can help you work through the steps.
Registration agents: For first-time patients or those with missing information, our agents are available to complete your registration and get you checked in.

Visiting some large medical buildings can feel overwhelming. At Dodson Specialty Clinics, you won't have to worry about getting lost. As you park and enter the building, you'll find easy-to-navigate signs and friendly guest relations specialists and maps to guide you to get you where you need to be.
